Grass-finished beef and grass-fed beef are not the same and do not offer identical health benefits. 

True grass-fed animals are never given any kind of grain.    
Never! Typically grass-finished beef are raised on grains to quickly add lots of weight and then are finished on grass to inhance there marketability and increase the selling price.
